Defunct in 2008, with only 2 out of the planned 12 buildings completed, we partnered with our investors to complete the remaining 120 units. These two and three-bedroom units were priced at a lower-end market rate. In addition, we performed renovation work on the existing clubhouse building, updating the gym and community socializing areas.
